Die Stelle ist bis zum 31.12.2027 befristet.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie verantworten den gesamten End-to-End-Recruitingprozess für verschiedene Fachbereiche, vom Briefing mit den Hiring Manager*innen über die Vorauswahl und die Durchführung von Interviews bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung.
  • Sie gewinnen passende Talente über Recruiting- und Karriereplattformen, soziale Netzwerke, Messen und relevante Communities und bauen Ihr Netzwerk kontinuierlich aus.
  • Als Sparringspartner*in beraten Sie Hiring Manager*innen zu Recruiting-, Auswahl- und Besetzungsthemen.
  • Sie entwickeln Recruitingprozesse weiter und wirken an operativen sowie strategischen HR-Projekten mit.
  • Sie arbeiten sicher mit SAP SuccessFactors und unterstützen die Optimierung digitaler Recruitingprozesse.

IHR PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, der Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von mindestens drei Jahren im Recruiting bzw. Talent Acquisition
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise im Recruiting-Modul, sowie sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung von Recruitingprozessen bis zum Vertragsabschluss sowie ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten in Verbindung mit einer selbstständigen und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Sie erkennen Potenziale, treffen fundierte Auswahlentscheidungen und begeistern Talente für unser Unternehmen
