As a Product Designer at amptalk, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to enhance our core products-amptalk Analysis and amptalk coach delivering high value to our enterprise clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on AI-driven solutions and play a key role in new product development. As we actively explore and plan future product launches, you’ll help shape these ideas from zero to launch.
- Responsibilities
・ Drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs from concept through to final delivery.
・ Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance the product experience.
・ Rapidly iterate on design concepts and prototypes based on user feedback, usability testing, and business requirements to continuously enhance the user experience.
・ Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to seamlessly integrate design solutions into product development cycles.
・ Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and high quality across all deliverables.
・ Contribute to the enhancement of internal design processes while fostering a collaborative culture within the design team.
・ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
