Junior Sales Trainee cum Coordinator

Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Amrut Software is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Sales Trainee cum Coordinator professional to support sales activities and day-to-day back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Identify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Maintain and update customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for meetings, proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, quotations, and other business-related documents.
• Follow up with prospects and assist the sales team in converting leads.
• Handle day-to-day back-office activities and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Technical, and Delivery teams whenever required.
• Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and maintaining sales-related documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned sales and administrative activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Back-Office Support, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead-generation processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• IT/Software industry experience will be an added advantage.
