We are looking for a Production Manager to join our studio in Gran Canaria. Their primary responsibility is to steer the strategic direction and maximize the performance of IPs under his purview, contributing to the success and growth of Amuse’s content ecosystem.

Their missionis to act as a showrunner and lead the content strategy for a specific IP, overseeing all projects related to its growth. They’ll be responsible for spreading the IP's value proposition and content strategy at all levels, as well as determining the overall content plan, production model, and guidelines/constraints based on desired cost and revenue expectations.

/ YOUR ROLE

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the execution of animation productions from pre-production through final delivery. Your mission will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the quality standards established by the studio.

You will act as the main link between creative, technical and production teams, ensuring efficient communication, resource allocation and workflow management throughout the entire production lifecycle.

/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and monitor all stages of production, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain production schedules, resource plans and project tracking documentation.
• Coordinate with department leads and supervisors to identify production needs, priorities and risks.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to minimize their impact.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources across departments while balancing production requirements and budget constraints.
• Track project budgets, costs and production performance indicators.
• Facilitate communication between production, creative and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Organize and lead production meetings, documenting action points and following up on deliverables.
• Maintain accurate production data and reporting through Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid) and other production management tools.
• Support continuous improvement of production processes, workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and solution-oriented production culture.

/ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of experience in animation production, preferably working on premium animated series or feature-quality productions.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of animation production pipelines and project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid)and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent Spanishand advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Experience working with international teams is highly valued.
• Experience producing both 2D and 3D animation projectswill be considered a strong advantage.
• Passion for animation and audiovisual production.

/ GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Office-based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
• Working shift: Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00, Friday 08.00 to 14.00.
• Contract type: Fixed term Contrat. Opportunity for continued employment through successive projects.
