PositionSummary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycleforassignedpositions,fromsourcingandscreeningcandidatesthroughoffermanagementandonboarding.Therolepartnerscloselywithhiringmanagerstoidentify,attract,andhiretalentthatsupportsbusinessobjectiveswhile delivering a positive candidate experience.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manageend-to-endrecruitmentactivitiesforassignedrequisitions.
• Sourcecandidatesthroughjobboards,socialmedia,referrals,networking,andotherrecruitmentchannels.
• Conductinitialcandidatescreeningandinterviews.
• Coordinateinterviewsandpartnerwithhiringmanagersthroughouttheselectionprocess.
• Maintainregularcommunicationwithcandidatesandprovideapositivecandidateexperience.
• Prepareandextendemploymentofferstoselectedcandidates.
• UtilizeWorkdayandotherHRsystemstomanagecandidatepipelinesandrecruitmentdata.
• Ensuretimelyhiringandachievementofrecruitingtargetsandservicelevels.
• Supportrecruitmentprojects,employerbrandingactivities,universityrelationsprograms,andtalentpipelineinitiativesasneeded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinPsychology,HumanResourcesManagement,orarelatedfield.
• Atleast3yearsofexperienceinhigh-volumerecruitingwithinadynamicworkenvironment.
• Experiencemanagingfull-cyclerecruitment.
• Strongcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andrelationship-buildingskills.
• ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeapplicationsandHRIS/ATSplatformssuchasWorkday.
• Basicknowledgeofassessmentadministrationandinterpretation
