Responsibilities:

• Participate in digital/mixed-signal IC product design.
• Perform chip/block-level RTL design and implementation.
• Design digital signal processing blocks based on algorithms, and translate system/algorithm requirements into robust digital implementations.
• Define digital architecture according to product specifications.
• Support block/system-level digital and mixed-signal simulation.
• Contribute to block- and system-level digital/mixed-signal testbench development.

Requirements:

• MSEE or PhD in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of digital logic design and implementation.
• Solid knowledge of computer architecture, digital signal processing
• In-depth understanding of CPU/DSP/NPU design
• Familiar with AXI/AHB/APB and other advanced bus protocols is a plus.
• Familiar with SRAM/Flash/SDRAM/DDR memory and cache design is a plus.
• Understanding of digital verification methodologies.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve work efficiency.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Perl, Tcl, C shell) are a plus.
• Good spoken and written English.
