We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Business Unit Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and using technology to improve business processes.

You will work with global teams to analyze supply situations, support forecasting activities, ensure system compliance, and develop automation tools and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain data for multiple products.
• Monitor supply performance and identify potential supply issues or risks.
• Support product supply forecasting and communicate updates with cross-functional teams.
• Review system settings and planning parameters to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Present data and business insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• Utilize AI tools and AI agents to improve productivity and streamline business processes.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, AI Agents, and AI-assisted development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to present insights clearly using data and visual reports.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Programming experience with Python, Perl, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Internship experience in analytics, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
