Requirements
Age: Should not exceed 50 Years old.
Experience: A proven track record with 10-15 years of experience in training and development, specifically within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Expertise: Mastery of Training Needs Analysis and the ability to develop a comprehensive Training Plan from scratch.
Technical Prowess: Advanced skills in creating high-impact Training Material and delivering it with passion and precision through expert Training Delivery.
Leadership Level: Currently operating at a Manager level, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures through Business Partnership.
Location: Ability to work On-site in the vibrant city of Cairo, Egypt.
Soft Skills: Exceptional Counseling and interpersonal skills to guide staff at all levels of their career journey, combined with a sharp eye for Training Audits and Business Reporting.
