Plus, working with us comes with many benefits:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance
- Genuine room for growth

How does your degree apply to Ancient Crunch?
Business:
Ancient Crunch started in our CEO's garage. When our founders created the first MASA chip prototype, they quickly realized that there was no manufacturing infrastructure that existed that was willing to take on the challenges of working with real, unadulterated food. CEO Steven and President of the Company, Seth, decided to build that infrastructure themselves. What started with frying chips in a turkey fryer on Easter Sunday in the backyard has grown into our own manufacturing facility with top-of-the-line equipment and a rapidly growing, real food CPG business.
That entrepreneurial mindset is still at the heart of how we operate. Whether you're working in strategy, operations, finance, sales, or growth, you'll have exposure to the decisions that shape where the company goes next.
You’ll work closely with the business side of things to solve real problems and have the opportunity to build processes, analyze opportunities, influence decisions, and see your work translate directly into growth. Because we're still scaling, you'll have the chance to work across functions and gain a broader understanding of what it takes to build a CPG brand from the ground up and how it will evolve as the business grows.
If you want more than a small piece of a big company and want to help shape what's next, you’ll find plenty of room to make an impact here.
