Твои задачи:

  • Руководство командой SRE (6-7 специалистов): развитие, поддержка, наставничество
  • Обеспечение высокой надёжности и доступности внутреннего облака компании
  • Организация и совершенствование процессов инцидент-менеджмента
  • Внедрение лучших практик автоматизации и мониторинга
  • Взаимодействие с командами разработки и эксплуатации для достижения общих целей
  • Анализ и оптимизация инфраструктурных решений

Наши ожидания:

  • Опыт управления SRE/DevOps-командой от 5 лет
  • Глубокие знания Linux и понимание принципов работы сетей и протоколов
  • Практический опыт разработки на Go или Java
  • Умение мыслить продуктово и видеть ценность для бизнеса
  • Навыки построения процессов инцидент-менеджмента и автоматизации
  • Лидерские качества, умение вдохновлять и развивать команду
