About the Traineeship

The Go Traineeship at Andersen is more than learning - it is a fast and structured entry into the IT industry and real commercial projects.

This program is designed for candidates who are ready to develop intensively and become a Go developer in a short period of time.

What we offer:

3 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;

Full-time - 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance that truly accelerates your growth;

Focus on learning: this traineeship is primarily about gaining knowledge and skills. Successful graduates receive a Junior 1 offer

Who We Are Looking For

The one who understands the value of modern backend technologies and wants to build a career in Go development.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher level of English and/or German (verbal communication);

• strong theoretical knowledge of Go;

• basic data structures knowledge;

• OOP principles understanding;

• knowledge of relational databases;

• understanding of the importance of testing and experience in unit tests writing.

Will Be a Plus:

• participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or conferences.

• Intermediate or higher level of German will be a plus.
