Tribe Product Lead

We are currently looking for a Tribe Product Manager to join our Seller tribe.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience as a Group Product Manager/Product Lead within product teams;
• Hands-on experience with the Seller-facing side of a marketplace or e-commerce
• Fluent English andRussian;
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and processes;
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and others.

Areas of Responsibility & Scope

• Contributes to the development of the company strategy by aligning with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Develops and advocates for the Tribe’s product strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
• Owns the P&L of the Tribe’s product area and is accountable for key business, product, and financial metrics.
• Translates the Tribe’s product strategy and goals into clear priorities for product and cross-functional teams, ensuring a shared understanding, outcome orientation, and backlog transparency.
• Owns the development of the Tribe’s product and product landscape, managing the Product Backlog and ensuring prioritization based on business value.
• Establishes and supports effective Product Discovery and Delivery processes across the Tribe.
• Ensures effective product delivery and execution, defining Product Goals, contributing to planning, and managing dependencies.
• Together with other Tribe Leaders, ensures transparency around product status, progress, and risks, setting realistic stakeholder expectations around timelines, scope, and expected value.
• Makes decisions on feature priorities, scope, and delivery timelines based on data, customer feedback, and business objectives, while actively managing product and business risks.
• Owns product value and quality, including customer experience, achievement of business outcomes, and timely response to incidents and product-related issues.
• Ensures effective collaboration with IT, Analytics, Marketing, and other relevant functions to drive business outcomes.
• Contributes to the organizational design of product teams and participates in the hiring and onboarding of Product Managers and other product roles.
• Drives the development of product capabilities across the Tribe, fostering a culture of empiricism, outcome ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Acts as the people manager for Product Managers within the Tribe, supporting their performance and professional development.
