The .NET Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to dive into backend development using a modern technology stack, gain hands-on experience, and start your career in a team of professionals.

The program is open to candidates from Baku, Azerbaijan. Participants are expected to attend the office during the training period.

What We Offer:

• 5 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.
• Full-time commitment - 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. An intensive format designed to help you quickly reach a confident Junior level.

• Practice-oriented learning. The training project closely replicates work on commercial products.
• Career-focused training. The program is dedicated to developing the skills required for a successful start in IT. As this is an educational initiative, no scholarship is provided during the traineeship.
• A 1.5-year training agreement. You invest your time in learning, and we invest in your professional growth.
• Employment upon successful completion of the program.

Who We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher;
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform;
• Understanding of OOP principles and SOLID;
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL;
• Solid theoretical knowledge or practical experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework;
• Educational, pet, or test projects in your portfolio.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS;
• Experience with Angular;
• Technical background;
• German proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
