• Compensation Strategy and Analysis

• Build and maintain robust compensation models for forecasting, budgeting, salary ranges, and scenario modelling.
• Conduct regular compensation analysis, market research, and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness and equity. Perform ad hoc deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, pay gaps, compression issues, and internal equity risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Track record of success leading compensation programs, with 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in a multi-national company.
• Demonstrated experience working with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE highly preferred) including job matching, slotting, and governance.
• Experience managing compensation structures (salary ranges, pay bands, job catalogues) across multiple geographies.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and modelling capability, including sophisticated Excel skills, and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to work autonomously; a self-starter who proactively identifies issues, drives solutions, and delivers work with minimal supervision.
• In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Well versed with external rewards trends, strong external network.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to deal with issues in a fast-paced but ambiguous working environment, retaining a positive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) are advantageous.
