Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Engineer located inBielsko-Biała, Poland.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer role involves coordinating and overseeing engineering projects from initiation through completion, collaborating closely with customers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What a typical day looks like:

• Contacting the client to fulfill current orders
• Preparing and overseeing the preparation of technical product documentation,
• Implementing new products in collaboration with the client,
• Technical supervision of production and assembly of ongoing projects,
• Coordinating the final project acceptance in the client's presence,
• Timely and effective completion of assigned projects and tasks,
• Collaborating with other functions on ongoing projects.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or critical power systems is considered an advantage.
