Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von Netzwerk- und Security-Incidents im 2nd-Level-Support
  • Administration und Betrieb von Firewall-Systemen im Managed-Service-Umfeld
  • Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen in LAN-, WAN- und VPN-Umgebungen
  • Durchführung von Firewall-Changes, Regelanpassungen und Sicherheitsoptimierungen
  • Überwachung und Wartung von Kundenumgebungen mittels Monitoring-Systemen
  • Unterstützung des 1st-Level-Supports bei technischen Eskalationen
  • Analyse von Security-Events und Unterstützung bei der Incident Response
  • Dokumentation von Änderungen, Störungen und Lösungswegen
  • Mitarbeit bei Kundenprojekten und Implementierungen neuer Netzwerk- und Sicherheitslösungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Netzwerk- oder Security-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse in:

    TCP/IP

    Routing und Switching

    VLANs

    VPN-Technologien

    DNS und DHCP

    Erfahrung mit mindestens einem Firewall-Hersteller wie:

    Fortinet

    Sophos

    Cisco

    Palo Alto

    WatchGuard

  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring- und Ticketsystemen
  • Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen
  • Fortinet NSE / FCA / FCP
  • Cisco CCNA
  • Sophos Certified Engineer
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Azure
  • Erfahrung mit SIEM- oder Security-Monitoring-Lösungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Linux und Windows Server
