As an Sr. Associate, you will help dealers and their partners use tools and advice for advertising and funding. You will review materials and actions for compliance and brand standards. Shift Timings: 6 PM to 2:30 AM IST of flexible (as per the business requirement)

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Review marketing materials against an established set of guidelines and brand standards, enter results into database, and communicate results of the review to advertisers

  • Conduct a primary review of post-campaign activities to determinewhether advertisements were executed as specified in program guidelines

  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, letter processing, mailing, etc.

  • Perform website functionality checks

  • May perform quality control checksto ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines (QC)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegreein Marketing/Advertisingpreferred

  • 2-4 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment with administrativeexperience

  • Some remote-work experience preferred

  • Proven technicalcompetence including experience with Microsoft Word, Exceland Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

  • Ability to organize work, multitask and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional ability to work within a team environment

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent production and comprehension of oral and written English
