Poszukujemy doświadczonych Project Managerów / Senior Project Managerów do realizacji złożonych projektów technologicznych dla dużej organizacji z sektora finansowego.

Szukamy osób, które mają doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów IT end-to-end i dobrze odnajdują się w środowisku obejmującym wiele zespołów, stakeholderów i zależności. Projekty mogą dotyczyć m.in. transformacji technologicznych, migracji, integracji systemów, cloud, data, cybersecurity, compliance oraz zmian infrastrukturalnych.

Lokalizacja: Warszawa / Gdańsk / Łódź, w zależności od projektu.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • prowadzenie projektów IT end-to-end,
  • tworzenie i nadzorowanie harmonogramów oraz planów delivery,
  • zarządzanie ryzykiem, zależnościami, budżetem i zasobami,
  • koordynacja zespołów technologicznych i biznesowych,
  • współpraca ze stakeholderami oraz zewnętrznymi dostawcami,
  • prowadzenie statusów projektowych i raportowanie do managementu / SteerCo,
  • dbanie o terminową realizację projektów i zgodność z procesami governance.

Szukamy osób, które mają:

  • kilkuletnie doświadczenie jako IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager w bankowości lub innych instytucjach finansowych,
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu złożonych projektów technologicznych,
  • praktyczną znajomość Agile i/lub Waterfall,
  • doświadczenie w stakeholder, risk oraz vendor management,
  • bardzo dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego,
  • samodzielność w prowadzeniu projektu od planowania do wdrożenia.

Dużym atutem będzie:

  • doświadczenie w projektach związanych z Cloud (Azure/GCP), Data/Big Data, Cybersecurity, system migrations, regulatory/Compliance, AML lub platform/infrastructure transformation,
  • doświadczenie w dużych programach transformacyjnych,
  • certyfikacje takie jak PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM lub podobne.
