About the Project
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer (Java + React) to join an international payments platform operating in a large-scale enterprise environment. The system supports a wide range of financial transactions and payment operations across multiple regions worldwide.
As part of a cross-functional Agile team, you will be involved in both backend and frontend development, contributing to the design and delivery of modern, scalable solutions built on microservices and API-first architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java.
Build and enhance modern web applications using React.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservice-based solutions.
Participate in the modernization of existing systems and migration to modern architectures.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps initiatives.
Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, product owners, and other development teams.
Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of development standards.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 11+ (Java 17 or Java 21 preferred).
Solid experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Good understanding of microservices architecture.
Commercial experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (Oracle is a plus).
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and collaboration within DevOps environments.
Nice to Have
Experience in the financial services, banking, or payments industry.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and test automation practices.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with integration patterns and high-availability systems.
