About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer (Java + React) to join an international payments platform operating in a large-scale enterprise environment. The system supports a wide range of financial transactions and payment operations across multiple regions worldwide.

As part of a cross-functional Agile team, you will be involved in both backend and frontend development, contributing to the design and delivery of modern, scalable solutions built on microservices and API-first architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java.
• Build and enhance modern web applications using React.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservice-based solutions.
• Participate in the modernization of existing systems and migration to modern architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, product owners, and other development teams.
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of development standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 11+ (Java 17 or Java 21 preferred).
• Solid experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Commercial experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (Oracle is a plus).
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and collaboration within DevOps environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services, banking, or payments industry.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test automation practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and high-availability systems.
