Twój zakres obowiązków
- stała współpraca oraz rozwijanie pozytywnych relacji z klientami, uczestnictwo w wizytach oraz audytach klientów
- nadzór nad działaniami reklamacyjnymi
- analiza niezgodności, inicjowanie skutecznych planów naprawczych
- tworzenie dokumentacji PPAP
- nadzór nad dokumentacją jakościową
- raportowanie wskaźników jakościowych KPI zgodnie z wymaganiami Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania
Nasze wymagania
- tytuł inżyniera i magistra studiów technicznych na kierunkach: elektryczny, elektronika i telekomunikacja, zarządzanie inżynierią produkcji, mechanika, mechatronika, robotyka
- minimum 3 - letnie doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku specjalistycznym w firmie produkcyjnej (branża motoryzacyjna, elektryczna, elektroniczna)
- znajomość systemów jakości zgodnie z IATF 16949:2016, praktyczna znajomość standardu VDA 6.3/6.5
- bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu min. B1/B2 (niezbędna do kontaktów z zagranicznymi klientami, kontrahentami)
- znajomość narzędzi jakościowych (8D, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP) potwierdzona szkoleniami lub doświadczeniem praktycznym
- komunikatywność oraz umiejętność pracy zespołowej
