Osoba na tym stanowisku monitoruje wskaźniki produkcyjne i jakościowe, wspiera komunikację w zespole oraz dba o efektywne wykorzystanie dostępnych zasobów.
Wymagania:
- Umiejętność obsługi komputera (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint oraz inne programy wykorzystywane na stanowisku).
- Umiejętność raportowania wskaźników produkcyjnych i jakościowych.
- Umiejętność planowania, organizowania pracy oraz efektywnego wykorzystania zasobów.
- Dobra komunikacja i współpraca z pracownikami.
- Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu TWI, Lean Manufacturing i 5S.
- Podstawowa znajomość Kodeksu Pracy oraz zagadnień jakościowych: IATF, FMEA, Control Plan, TPM.
- Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i dobra organizacja pracy.
