Twój zakres obowiązków

· Programowanie i obsługa współrzędnościowej maszyny pomiarowej CMM

· Tworzenie, optymalizacja i modyfikacja programów pomiarowych

· Wykonywanie pomiarów za pomocą narzędzi ręcznych

· Analiza wyników pomiarów oraz ocena zgodności wyrobów z dokumentacją techniczną

· Sporządzanie raportów pomiarowych i dokumentacji jakościowej

· Współpraca z działem produkcji,

· Udział w rozwiązywaniu problemów jakościowych i analizach niezgodności

· Nadzór nad poprawnością pracy maszyny CMM i podstawowa diagnostyka

· Współpraca nad pozostałymi projektami związanymi z działaniem działu jakości

· Dbałość o porządek, standardy jakości oraz przestrzeganie procedur

Nasze wymagania

· Wykształcenie techniczne (mechanika, mechatronika, metrologia, pokrewne)

· Doświadczenie w obsłudze i programowaniu maszyn pomiarowych CMM

· Bardzo dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego

· Znajomość tolerancji wymiarowych i geometrycznych

· Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją techniczną i normami

· Dokładność, samodzielność i odpowiedzialność

· Znajomość systemów jakości (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
