Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie eksperckie L2/L3 dla API Gateway oraz warstwy systemowej

  • Obsługa incydentów i problemów, diagnostyka aplikacja ↔ OS ↔ sieć

  • Analiza root cause i przygotowanie rekomendacji naprawczych

  • Zarządzanie konfiguracją API Gateway (Broadcom / Layer7)

  • Obsługa certyfikatów SSL/TLS

  • Monitoring i analiza alertów

  • Wsparcie integracji API

  • Administracja systemami Linux/Unix dla platformy APIGW

  • Zarządzanie użytkownikami, uprawnieniami i zasobami systemowymi

  • Patchowanie OS, wdrażanie poprawek bezpieczeństwa, hardening

  • Analiza logów systemowych i diagnostyka wydajności

  • Wsparcie automatyzacji (skrypty, CI/CD - mile widziane)

  • Przygotowanie środowisk pod upgrade'y i migracje

  • Udział w działaniach disaster recovery (jeśli wymagane)

  • Planowanie i realizacja upgrade'ów API Gateway i systemu operacyjnego

  • Testowanie, walidacja zmian, wsparcie rolloutów

  • Patchowanie bezpieczeństwa API Gateway i OS

  • Współpraca z IT Security

  • Eskalacja problemów do producenta i wsparcie zespołów integracyjnych

Wymagania:

  • Senior / Expert

  • Doświadczenie w pracy konsultacyjnej / zadaniowej

  • 5+ lat doświadczenia w API Gateway / middleware

  • 5+ lat administracji systemami Linux/Unix

  • Doświadczenie w L2/L3 support

  • Doświadczenie w upgrade'ach systemów i patchowaniu bezpieczeństwa (API + OS)

Kompetencje techniczne:

  • API Gateway Broadcom / Layer7 - poziom expert

  • REST / SOAP / HTTP

  • Administracja Linux/Unix, procesy, usługi, logi (syslog, journal)

  • Zarządzanie zasobami, użytkownikami i uprawnieniami

  • SSL/TLS, certyfikaty, OAuth2, JWT, mTLS

  • Patchowanie bezpieczeństwa OS + middleware

  • Podstawy firewall / routing / load balancing

  • Mile widziane: Azure networking / Private Endpoint
