Senior Full Stack / AI Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack / AI Engineer who has experience taking products from development to production and handling them at scale. The ideal candidate should be a hustler and strong problem solver who can independently own technical challenges end-to-end - from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade applications used by real users and handling meaningful traffic.

- Take complete ownership of features/products end-to-end, from development to deployment and production support.

- Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs.

- Work extensively with Node.js for backend development.

- Develop mobile applications using React Native.

- Build and integrate AI Agents / AI-powered features into production applications.

- Understand and work within real-world engineering constraints such as scalability, performance, latency, reliability, security, and cost.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

- Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Tech Stack :

- Node.js, React Native, AI Agents / LLM-based application development, REST APIs, Database design, Cloud deployment, Git, CI/CD.

What We Are Looking For :

- Proven experience shipping applications to production.

- Experience working on applications with real user traffic and scale.

- Strong understanding of backend systems and production environments.

- Ability to handle the complete lifecycle : Development - Deployment - Monitoring - Production Support.

- Strong understanding of the practical constraints involved in building AI-powered products.

- A builder/hustler mindset with a bias toward execution.
