Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Managerto oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)from Pakistan with strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, financial management, and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership experience and the ability to manage financial integrity across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
• Supervise and mentor finance/accounting team members
• Optimize accounting processes using QuickBooks and other financial systems

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - mandatory
• Based in Pakistan
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
• At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and auditing
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients or remote teams
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience in process improvement or system implementation
