What You’ll Do:

• Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews
• Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS
• Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses
• Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years recruiting experience (required)
• Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, video)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Setup:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, night shift
• Must have a computer with webcam and a smartphone

Compensation:

• Salary TBD at offer
• Bonus pay available
