Junios System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support servers, endpoints, network devices and virtual environments.

• Perform system monitoring, preventive maintenance, patching, backup and restoration testing.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Apply security patches, system hardening and access management.

• Configure and maintain Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V and cloud VMs.

• Maintain system documentation, asset records and SOPs.

• Support upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with vendors and provide user and technical support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in system maintenance.

• Knowledge of vCenter, ESXi, Red Hat, Veeam Backup, Windows/Linux patching and policy hardening.

• Experience with VMware, Active Directory, Windows/Linux and system administration.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup, troubleshooting and incident management.

• Experience in system upgrades, migrations, vendor and SLA management.
