Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Saskatoon law-firm to hire a temporary and casual Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Handle basic inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.

• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, and printers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and handle unexpected tasks.
