AbouttheRole

We are seeking a Pricing Manager to join our North American Contract Logistics organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and IT teams to develop pricing strategies that support business growth, profitability, and customer success. You will lead the pricing process for new and existing business opportunities, leveraging advanced analytics, financial modeling, andmarketinsightstoinfluencekeybusinessdecisions.Thisisanexcellentopportunityforastrategic,data-drivenprofessionalwhoenjoyssolvingcomplexbusinesschallengesandcollaboratingacrossmultiplefunctionsinafast-pacedlogisticsenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities

• Developandmanagepricingmodelstosupportnewbusinessopportunitiesandexistingcustomerrelationships.
• PartnerwithOperations,Sales,Marketing,Engineering,IT,andFinanceteamstocreatecompetitivepricingstrategies.
• Leadandfacilitatepricingreviewsanddecision-makingdiscussions.
• AnalyzefinancialandoperationaldatatoevaluateROI,NPV,cashflow,paybackperiods,andotherkeymetrics.
• Assesscustomer-provideddataandmarkettrendstodeveloppricingrecommendations.
• Buildreports,tools,anddashboardsthatsupportbusinessplanning,forecasting,andpricingdecisions.
• Monitorpricingperformanceandprofitabilityoutcomeswhiledrivingcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
• Supportannualbudgetingprocessesandpricingstrategies,includingsurchargeandmarket-basedinitiatives.

Werecognizethatexperiencecomesinmanyforms.Ifyoudon’tmeeteveryqualification,westillencourageyoutoapply.

• Bachelor’sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,Economics,Business,orarelatedfield.
• 6+yearsofexperienceinpricinganalytics,financialanalysis,orasimilaranalyticalbusinessfunction.
• StrongfinancialmodelingandanalyticalcapabilitieswithadvancedMicrosoftExcelskills.
• Experiencedevelopingpricingstrategies,businesscases,andprofitabilityanalyses.
• Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskillswiththeabilitytoinfluencestakeholdersacrossmultiplefunctions.
• ExperienceusingPowerBIandotheranalyticaltoolstoevaluateandcommunicatebusinessperformance.
• Logistics,warehousing,distribution,manufacturing,orsupplychainindustryexperienceispreferred.
• MBAoradvancedbusinessdegreeisaplus.
• Abilitytothriveinafast-pacedenvironmentwithcompetingprioritiesanddeadlines.

JobType: Full-Time

Location: Slusher,CaliforniaorFlorhamPark,NewJersey(Onsite,5daysperweek)

Salary: $110,000-$130,000*

*Thestatedpayrangeistheanticipatedstartingsalaryandmaybeadjustedbasedonmarketconditions,experience,andlocation.Finalcompensationwillbediscusseddirectlywiththeselectedcandidate(s)incompliancewithallapplicablelaws.
