Senior Product Manager - AI

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience building and scaling AI-powered, consumer-facing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer journeys, excellent product thinking, and hands-on experience taking AI products from concept to production at scale. You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Business, and other cross-functional teams to define product strategy, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver products that create measurable consumer impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and ideation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered consumer experiences.
• Work closely with Engineering and AI/ML teams to build and scale AI products in production.
• Identify consumer problems and translate them into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Drive 01 product development, from concept validation through MVP and scaled production.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, high-quality B2C product experiences.
• Define product metrics, success criteria, experiments, and feedback loops to continuously improve user experience.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business, technology, design, and data teams.
• Stay closely connected with emerging developments in GenAI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Voice AI and identify opportunities to apply them to consumer products.
• Use data, customer insights, experimentation, and market research to make product decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience.
• Strong experience working on AI-powered products that are live in production at scale.
• Proven experience building consumer-facing/B2C products, preferably high-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of consumer product journeys, user behaviour, engagement, and growth metrics.
• Experience working in consumer internet/product startups.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical/product trade-offs.
• Strong product sense with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to product decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in B2B/SaaS products serving Indian enterprise customers.
• Experience with Voice AI / Conversational AI products.
• Experience building a 01 product.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered workflows.
• Engineering degree or MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
• Experience in a fast-paced consumer internet environment with strong ownership and execution.
