Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who can drive end-to-end product development for consumer-facing products at scale. The ideal candidate should have experience owning product roadmaps, running experiments, leveraging data for decision-making, and working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams. We're particularly interested in PMs who have worked in consumer internet, marketplace, ecommerce, fintech, quick-commerce, or high-growth digital products and are actively leveraging AI/GenAI tools in their product workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key user journeys.
• Drive product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and market insights.
• Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders.
• Run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze user behavior using product analytics tools and convert insights into product decisions.
• Launch and iterate features based on customer feedback and business outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve user experiences and internal productivity.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of product management experience.
• Experience working on consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, product strategy, roadmapping, and execution.
• Experience writing PRDs and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using SQL and product analytics tools.
• Experience with one or more: Marketplace Products, Ecommerce, Quick Commerce, Fintech, Consumer Internet Platforms.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI-powered products, LLMs, generative AI, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI APIs, and AI product development.
• Exposure to recommendation systems, personalization, search, or growth products.
• Startup or 01 product-building experience.
