Executive - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• • Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage new-hire induction programs.
  • HR Operations & Database Management: Maintain accurate employee files, attendance logs, leave records, and database updates using an HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with payroll processing, track working hours, and manage statutory compliance (such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and bonus calculations).
  • Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Resolve day-to-day employee queries, address workplace concerns, mediate conflicts, and support engagement activities.
  • Performance & Training Support: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, track goal settings, and help organize staff training or workshops.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure company operations adhere to local labor laws, safety rules, and internal policies.
