Executive Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate customer invoices and bills accurately.
• Verify purchase orders, sales orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
• Maintain billing records and update customer details in the system.
• Check rates, quantities, discounts, taxes, and payment terms before invoicing.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and receipts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GST and invoicing requirements.
• Assist the accounts team with reconciliation and month-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST invoicing.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and billing software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP systems.
• Good communication, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience

Freshers may apply, depending on company requirements. Prior experience in billing or accounts will be an advantage.
