Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop and deploy machine learning solutions that solve real business problems. You will work with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to build scalable ML pipelines and production-ready AI services.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, data science or a related engineering role
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models into production
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and cloud-based ML platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and services
• Build scalable data and machine learning pipelines
• Develop APIs and services for serving ML models in production
• Monitor model performance and support retraining and optimisation
• Work with data engineering teams to prepare reliable training and inference datasets
• Apply MLOps practices to model versioning, testing, deployment and monitoring
• Evaluate new AI and machine learning technologies for appropriate business use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant machine learning or data science experience
• Strong experience with Python and common ML libraries
• Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• Understanding of data pipelines, APIs and software engineering practices
• Experience with MLOps tools and production ML environments is desirable
