Cloud Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to design, implement and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to support cloud environments, automate deployments and improve platform reliability.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security and identity management

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code deployments
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor cloud environments and improve performance, availability and reliability
• Manage cloud networking, access controls and security configurations
• Support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across cloud environments
• Work with development teams to improve deployment and operational processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure or DevOps roles
• Experience working with Azure services and cloud architecture
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash or Python
