UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and user-friendly experiences for our multi-asset trading app across both mobile and web platforms. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for both mobile and web trading applications using Figma.

• Ensure web designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and ensure brand consistency across all app features.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design process and product.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 Years of Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech, finance, or banking industry.

• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.

• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices for mobile and responsive web interfaces.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

• Investment experience, either from personal investing or from work experience in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.

• Familiarity with multi-asset trading platforms and financial markets is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process, including examples of mobile and responsive web design, will be a major plus.
