You are a People Benefits & Compliance Analyst passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. You thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

You enjoy supporting employees, coordinating benefits administration, maintaining compliant HR documentation, and continuously improving People Experience processes through standardization, automation, and operational excellence.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Experience, HR Administration, Compliance, or Employee Relations.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and HR documentation.
• Experience administering employee benefits and coordinating with external vendors and providers.
• Knowledge of labor compliance, HR documentation, and employee records management.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 documentation practices.
• Experience coordinating across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and process management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and AI-enabled operational processes.
• Fluent English proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and documentation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries and vendors.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready employee records.
• Support compliance initiatives, audits, and documentation aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, contracts, benefits, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, IT, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of People processes.
• Lead operational People Experience initiatives, internal communications, and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and leverage automation and AI tools.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience through responsive, accurate, and compliant HR operations.

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, People Experience, Compliance, or Employee Relations.
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
