The System Health and Intelligent Platform team in Core OS is looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join a full stack development team building essential workflow tooling at scale. The team enables all Core OS engineers to deliver high quality software through best in class engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Description

You are passionate about software engineering and web development. You are effective at implementing the right solution for a given problem and you are keeping the user experience in mind. You are an advocate for continuous improvement culture and DevOps concepts in software engineering. You have extensive experience architecting solutions for scalability and testability. You are excited when leading engineering discussions and demonstrating your achievements. You'll work on an internal system that helps thousands of engineers build and test code for operating systems that ship on all Apple devices worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters/PhD student studying computer science, applied mathematics or related subject

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C++

Hands-on experience with web frameworks, developer tooling, build and CI systems

Inquisitive in pursuit of excellence, able to demonstrate strong sense of curiosity

Action oriented, takes ownership and is proactive in delivering against commitments

AI is part of your essential development toolkit

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, or related technical field.
