Apple is an American multinational technology company founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne, and headquartered in Cupertino, California. It designs and sells consumer hardware including the iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods and Vision Pro, together with the operating systems and silicon that run them. A growing services division built around the App Store, iCloud, Apple Music, Apple TV+ and Apple Pay now contributes a large share of profit, making Apple one of the most valuable companies in the world.

Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. At Apple, new ideas quickly become products, services and customer experiences that people can't imagine living without. Our retail stores and workplaces are part of that experience. They're designed with the same care as everything we make, and every detail is intentional. If you want your work to shape spaces visited by millions of people around the world, a career with Apple might be your ideal job.

Apple Places designs, builds and runs Apple's retail stores and corporate offices. Within Places, the Sourcing & Fulfilment team delivers the Apple-supplied fixtures and finishes that give our spaces their recognisable look and feel, such as display tables, wall systems, glazing and lighting. We believe collaboration is one of our key strengths. In this role you'll work at the point where our Sourcing teams, Development teams and global suppliers meet, and you'll be a key player in delivering new and reimagined stores across Europe, the Middle East and India (EMEIA) on time and on budget.

Description

As a Sourcing Program Manager, you will own the cost and schedule for Apple-supplied items (Owner Furnished Items) on a portfolio of retail construction projects across the EMEIA region. You'll be the main link between the Design, Development and Sourcing teams and our supplier and logistics partners. You'll spot risks early, measure what design or schedule changes mean for cost and timing, and keep senior leaders clearly informed so that every project opens as planned.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in construction project management, construction design management or supply chain management.

Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project programmes to identify scope and schedule risks.

Experience building and managing budgets and cost models for multiple concurrent projects.

Experience managing schedules, forecasting timescales and aligning multiple partners to achieve milestones.

Experience working with international teams and suppliers across multiple countries.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of retail fit-out, joinery, glazing, metalwork, AV and ceiling systems.

Understanding of import regulations, customs and product certification requirements across EMEIA markets, such as CE marking in Europe and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification in India.

Experience managing the schedules of procured or manufactured items through design, fabrication, logistics and installation.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong foresight to anticipate issues and act before they affect the project.

Ability to move easily between big-picture strategy and fine detail.

Proven ability to influence and build trust with cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.

Clear, confident communicator with senior leaders, who is comfortable in fast-changing, multinational environments and works independently.
