Your Key Responsibilities

SAP & Manufacturing Systems

• Serve as the primary business process expert for SAP and MES-related manufacturing operations.
• Support system deployment, enhancement, testing, user acceptance activities, and operational readiness for SAP and MES solutions.
• Define and maintain business process requirements, transaction workflows, master data governance, and manufacturing system standards.
• Partner with IT, GIS, and solution providers to identify and implement manufacturing system improvements.
• Support future SAP and MES roadmap initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

MES & Digital Manufacturing

• Lead business activities related to SmartFactory MES implementation and adoption.
• Support manufacturing execution processes including WIP management, dispatching, quality control, traceability, and production reporting.
• Drive manufacturing data collection and digitalization initiatives to replace manual data entry and improve process visibility.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define factory automation and data integration requirements.
• Support manufacturing analytics, performance monitoring, and operational reporting initiatives.

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Support daily logistics operations including receiving, shipping, warehouse management, inventory control, and material movement processes.
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures supporting SAP-enabled logistics transactions.
• Improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, storage utilization, and material traceability across the facility.
• Coordinate physical inventory activities, cycle counting programs, and inventory reconciliation initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline material flow and reduce operational waste.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Business Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, production systems, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP manufacturing and logistics modules (PP, MM, WM/EWM, IM, or related modules).
• Experience supporting or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, electronics, or capital equipment environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, work order management, WIP tracking, inventory control, material movements, and production reporting.
• Experience facilitating system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and change management.
• Strong understanding of master data governance and business process standardization.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with MES, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode/RFID technologies, and material traceability solutions.
• Experience with factory automation, manufacturing data collection, and system integrations.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations or enterprise system deployments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or operational reporting tools.
• PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM or CSCP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or SAP certification is a plus.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
