Program Overview

Through the 30-month Supply Chain Undergraduate Rotational Development Program, you willprimarilyfunction asaBusinessIntelligenceAnalystwhilealsorotatingthroughProject/Program Managementand Supplier Account Management over the course of 12months.Aftertheinitial12 monthsofrotating,youcontinueonto a“Final Placement” roleas aBusiness Intelligence Analyst,further buildingupontheskills learned intherotations. Assignment of Final Placement role will be based on business need, role availability, and the individual assessments of candidate’sperformance and skills displayed during their rotations. In the program, participants develop and refine the technical and business skills required to be successful in the Supply Chain organization. You will experience a blended learning environment which includes mentorship, job shadowing, and expanded networking opportunities with leaders and within our Employee Resource Groups, such as the Young Professionals Network (YPN). Participants will have the opportunity to gain high level visibility and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization.

Position Details

During a series of rotations, participants will take on full-time responsibility of their functional role, which may include:

• Assistingwith development, alignment, and implementation of commodity strategies across Applied Business Units.

• Driving resolution to systematic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost,deliveryor lead-time.

• Assistingin developing and presenting high-level cost reduction opportunities.

• Presenting sourcing, cost, lead time reduction, capacity initiatives to key stakeholders.

• Forecasting and communicating engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers.

• Providing critical input to outsourcing decisions by performing Make vs. Buy analysis.

• Usingexisting BKMs to develop well defined reports / solutions using Databricks, SQL and Tableau

• Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions.

• Works within controls to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality of all managerial and business intelligence reports, views, dashboards, and user data. Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework,policiesand procedures. Trains andsupportsend users onaccessing ofreports.

• Analyzes and interprets data and business intelligence reports.

• Works with others in the development of data warehouses and other data sources to support managerial and business intelligence reporting needs.

• Works with business intelligencemanagerand other staff to assess various reporting needs. Analyzes reporting needs and requirements, assesses current reporting in the context of strategicgoalsanddeviseplans for delivering the mostappropriate reportingsolutions to users.

• Educates & trains user community on the potential uses of the business intelligence system

• Extracts financial,statisticaland other data from various information systems and other sources.

• Designs and develops recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence solutions such as reports, cubes, and dashboards, using industry best practices for presentation, efficiency, and user friendliness.Designsreports to aid in the efficient assimilation of the data by users by engaging exception reporting.

Requirements

• This is a24-month rotational program. Candidates should be prepared to complete the full program.

• Graduating with aBachelor’s degree inBusinessAnalytics,Data Science,Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields

• Good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

• Proficiencyin developing effective executive reports and presentations

• Proficiencyin Microsoft office tools

• Excellent listening, writing, quantitative,qualitativeand oral communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact cross-organizationally

• Ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically

• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
