Sales Manager - Czech Republic

What Will You Do?

This is mostly a business development-focused role where you will:

• Own and develop strategic relationships with automotive OEMs and suppliers, building executive-level partnerships and driving cross-selling opportunities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, customer development, and strategic account planning
• Understand customer engineering challenges and translate them into commercial opportunities and tailored service solutions
• Manage the complete commercial cycle from initial contact through negotiation, contract administration to project delivery
• Collaborate with international teams and represent IDIADA at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
• Monitor market trends and contribute to business planning and strategic customer development initiatives

Who Are We Looking For?

Essential Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, business, or equivalent professional experience with 5-10 years in sales, business development, or key account management
• Proven track record in developing strategic customer relationships and generating sustainable business growth
• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities with excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Czech; valid driving licence and willingness to travel (CZ, SK, occasionally abroad)
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Highly Advantageous:

• Several years of experience in automotive engineering services, testing, validation, or technical sales
• Experience with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or understanding of automotive industry value chain and customer buying processes

Location & Flexibility

This position is based in the Czech Republic with flexible work arrangements. The role requires regular customer visits across CZ and SK, with occasional international travel. You can choose to work from any of our office in the Czech Republic.
