Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving growth in the IT and SaaS B2B market, building client relationships, and closing deals that meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT and SaaS B2B markets through research and networking.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our SaaS offerings to potential clients.

• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.

• Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales professional in IT sales, SaaS sales, or related B2B sectors.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software solutions, and technology trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage leads, reporting, and forecasting.
