  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and market threats.
  • Define target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and buying journeys.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap direction and ensure market needs are reflected in product strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional product launches, coordinating activities across Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase adoption, retention, expansion, and customer value for existing products.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities (including AI forward solutions) into clear, compelling customer-focused narratives and sales-ready messaging.
  • Enable sales teams with effective content, training, competitive intelligence, and customer value articulation.
  • Measure and optimize product marketing performance through customer insights, win/loss analysis, market feedback, and business results.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment across the organization.
  • Build compelling thought leadership, customer stories, and product content that strengthens market perception and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, technology, or related industries.
  • Track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding storytelling and content development capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex products and technical concepts into customer-focused business value.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Executive Leadership.
