Forward Deployment Engineer - Generative AI

Build and deploy AI applications in enterprise environments as a hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer with strong Python and Generative AI experience, working across AI agents, backend services, databases, data pipelines and frontend integrations alongside engineering and client teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LangGraph and related tools.
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate AI applications with PostgreSQL, APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Build data ingestion pipelines and integrate ML models into production applications.
• Collaborate with frontend teams on React-based integrations and user experiences.
• Diagnose and resolve application, integration and AI workflow issues in deployed environments.
• Work with engineering and client teams throughout development and deployment, using Git-based workflows.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of overall professional experience, including 1-3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI and LLM fundamentals.
• Experience developing AI agents or agentic workflows, with hands-on knowledge of LangGraph.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, ML models and data ingestion pipelines.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Exposure to React and frontend integration workflows.
• Experience deploying and supporting AI applications in production.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerisation.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications and data sources.
