Role Summary
The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer needs are met while adhering to established guidelines. They will work closely with operations and support functions to resolve customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Coordinate with operations for call-related assistance.
- Follow established guidelines for call handling.
- Meet all assigned KPIs and KRAs.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding their queries.
- Actively listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Work flexible hours including rotational and night shifts.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with ease.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in international customer service.
- Proficiency in listening and questioning skills.
- Willingness to work 100% from the office.
