Requirements

  • Have experience in Construction is A MUST.

  • Assist in sourcing construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

  • Prepare and compare supplier quotations, technical submittals, and commercial offers.

  • Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.

  • Support purchase order preparation and follow up on approvals.

  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.

  • Monitor material delivery status and coordinate with logistics/site teams.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project requirements.

  • Assist in cost control by identifying competitive suppliers and value-engineering opportunities.
