Lead Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the consumer experience of a two-sided property marketplace, from end-to-end search, listings, and inquiry through to transaction. The ideal candidate has shipped consumer marketplace products at scale, is fluent in working with design and engineering as peers, and can define and drive a roadmap independently.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end buyer and seller experience: discovery, search, listing detail, inquiry, and transaction initiation.
• Define the consumer roadmap and success metrics, and drive delivery with a senior engineering and design squad.
• Deeply understand both language audiences and ensure the product is genuinely bilingual, not translated.
• Turn user research and behavioral data into prioritized product decisions.
• Write clear specs and acceptance criteria for complex, trust-sensitive user journeys.
• Represent the consumer voice against platform, compliance, and partner constraints.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including consumer products at a meaningful scale.
• Direct experience with marketplace dynamics: supply/demand balance, liquidity, search, and discovery.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable defining metrics, reading funnels, and running experiments.
• Experience shipping products with senior engineering teams in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written communication: specs, narratives, and decision documents.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal ramp time.

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate, classifieds, or high-consideration purchase categories.
• Experience building for bilingual or multilingual markets.
• Experience in trust-sensitive products (identity, payments, verified marketplaces).
