Contract: Part Time, Equated Pay, 39 working weeks per year
We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Admin Clerk to join our team in Oswestry, Shropshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and providing support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the onsite management team
- Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Assisting with ordering, invoicing, and stock administration
- Preparing reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required
- Supporting payroll and personnel administration processes
- Ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained
- Assisting with general office duties to support the wider team
What we're looking for
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A positive, professional, and flexible approach to work
- Experience within a catering, facilities, or support services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
